workout</title><content type='html'>Today I went to a local high school and did a 30- 45 minute cardio workout.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I ran the stairs(about 75 stairs).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I ran up the stairs-walked down the stairs-6 times.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I went down to the track and ran sprints-ran 200 yards-walked 50 yards-10 times.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also did jumping jacks-6 blog.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am a personal trainer/nutrition advisor/boot camp instructor in South East Florida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This blog will include fitness and nutrition tips plus some workouts that I have done and have done for my personal training clients.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I primarily do my training outside at a local park, so my exercises will be mainly bodyweight exercises.
