Thursdays upperbody workout consisted of using park benches and resistance bands.
Bench push ups-3 sets 0f 15 reps
Pull ups- 3 sets of 15 reps
Resistance Bands: 3 sets of 15 reps of each exercise:
bicep curls
shoulder presses
lateral raises
front raises
chest press
one arm row
Jumping jacks-50 reps
run 50 yards
