Today I went to a local high school and did a 30- 45 minute cardio workout.
I ran the stairs(about 75 stairs).
I ran up the stairs-walked down the stairs-6 times.
I went down to the track and ran sprints-ran 200 yards-walked 50 yards-10 times.
I also did jumping jacks-6 sets of 50 each.
