Friday Kettlebell Workout

A 24lb kettleball was used in my workout this morning.

All exercises were done 3 sets of 15 reps.

One arm row
One arm clean
Double arm swing
Lateral raise
Shoulder Shrugs

Squats holding a kettle bell in each hand
Walking lunges with a kettlebell in each hand

50 yard sprints-- 4 times
jumping jacks-3x15
