WEDNESDAYS AM WORKOUT

This mornings AM workout consisted of doing lower body exercises:

Squats-3 sets of 50
Lunges-3 sets of 50
Lateral steps-3 sets of 50
Calf raises-3 sets of 50

CARDIO:
run 100 yards
50 jumping jacks
50 mountain climbers
run 100 yards
50 jumping jacks
50 mountain climbers
