Starting a blog

I am starting a fitness and exercise blog.

I am a personal trainer/nutrition advisor/boot camp instructor in South East Florida.

This blog will include fitness and nutrition tips plus some workouts that I have done and have done for my personal training clients.

I primarily do my training outside at a local park, so my exercises will be mainly bodyweight exercises. I also use adjustable dumbbells,resistance bands and park benches.

I want to show people that they can get an excellent workout outside in the fresh air.
